to visualize the situation of your match which is critical in nature).- Select the time of exercise- Select the background voice of crowd to give you the feel of the atmosphere.- The exercise is based on biofeedback HRV, i.e.
analysis of heart rate variability, you will be asked to place your finger gently on the back of the camera, once you do that, do not move your finger.- Please note: DO NOT PRESS your finger hard on the back of camera as it might break the blood flow.
Try to keep the finger as still as possible, as system will be measuring your HRV.
Also don’t place your finger overlapping flashlight, as you might feel burning on your skin.- Now, once the exercise will start, you will see a screen reflecting your current HRV in graph, your task is to calm yourself and do not allow graph spikes to go uneven, try to maintain steady spikes and this will be done by staying calm.- At the completion of the exercise you can save the graph in mobile gallery to crosscheck your performances.- This will help you to understand how to stay calm during critical moments of the game.* Normal Practice Session - - Select the time of exercise- Select the background voice of different waves sound.
